Typical chalet with integrated solar panels

Here we see a typical wooden chalet in the Swiss region of Bern with integrated solar panels. That shows they can be easily blended in with just about every design style if done right not just modern buildings. Think of it as long term investment, as at first glance the cost sometimes seams high but it saves on energy use over time and can be used as partial system for hot water for example or as part of the energy supply even with integrated overflow into the local grid for cashback. (available in some countries like Germany for example)

Water your Flowers

Here is a super cool idea I saw in Rafz Switzerland at the Hauenstein Garden Center. The urinals as well as the wash basins are shaped in the form of colorful flowers. The effect is even more pronounced as the elements in color are mounted on black tile walls. Gives that private place a special touch! Congrats for whomever came up with that awesome idea!

Retaining Stone Wall

Retaining Stone Wall: Here we built a little natural stone wall to contain erosion in a part of our garden. For this we only collected some natural stones found in our area and some sand and cement. No need for a specialist to build a wall like that almost anybody can do it.
